I offer a wide range of property services for personal and commercial Clients including valuation as an RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor. With a good working knowledge of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and other relevant legislation I advise on many aspects of property ownership and occupation.
